Sarah Jones has worked in Mental Health and wellbeing since 1991. Employed by Mind (the Mental Health charity) for 18 years and currently employed by GDAS - Gwent Drug and Alcohol Service.
Sarah has experience in all aspects of Mental Health support and has ficilitated courses such as -
'Anxiety Management', 'Stress Control' and 'Living Life to the Full'. She has created designed and delivered recovery groups, wellbeing workshops and seminars.
Sarah is a qualified ASIST Master Trainer (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training)

Hannah Williams attended Cardiff University at both undergraduate and postgraduate level Law. Hannah qualified as a Solicitor in 2008
Hannah left her legal career to launch her own Theatre School business.
With a background in both Performing Arts and with Legal Advocacy experience, Hannah excels at encouraging confidence in public speaking, performance and presentations.
Hannah has been debating and speaking at events for over 15 years. She trained in Speech and Drama with London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts examinations.
Hannah is passionate about inspiring and encouraging others with an infectious enthusiasm for getting motivated and creative thinking.

Chris Wright is 'The Wellbeing Guy'.
Chris is a practitioner and ex-manager of wellbeing and disability support services. He has a wealth of experience in the Mental Health field having worked between Higher Education support and third sector support organisations for over 8 years both in strategic and practitioner capacities.
Chris is currently completing a Masters study into disclosure of Mental Health among university students and is an accredited Kinetic Shift Practitioner with the UKHA .
Chris is a qualified ASIST Master Trainer (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training)
Cate Robinson has worked in various roles as a Registered General Nurse for over 20 years in primary, secondary and intermediate care settings, she has also worked for a Mind organisation in recent years.
Her skill set and lived experience of Mental illness (C-Ptsd) has helped her to support, inform and empower others to understand and manage their own wellbeing and resilience.
Cate is a qualified Mental Health First Aid Wales (MHFA) trainer.
Cate feels that MHFA serves a platform to raise awareness of Mental Health issues, eradicate stigma and enable individuals to respond timely and appropriately to people in need within their communities.
