Sarah Jones has worked in support and wellbeing since 1991 and employed by Mind (the Mental Health charity) for 18 years in a variety of roles. Her experience covers all aspects of mental health support and includes facilitating courses such as 'Anxiety Management', 'Stress Control' and 'Living Life to the Full'. She has created and delivered recovery and wellbeing workshops and seminars, provided one to one specialist and tenancy support and promoted mental health awareness and training to the wider community.
Sarah is a qualified ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) facilitator, a Mental Health First Aid Wales instructor and an experienced Living Life to the Full and Stress Control practitioner. Sarah is also employed by GDAS drug and alcohol services in Gwent.
With over 10 years' experience of amateur dramatics and the performing arts, Sarah is keen to use her skills to encourage team building and fun, engaging motivational workshops. She would like to encourage employers to take workplace mental health more seriously, tackle stigma and support workforces that face issues of stress and anxiety. Sarah can provide individuals with the tools and skills they need to thrive in a team environment, focusing on their strengths and promoting balanced, resilient and supportive environments.

Sarah and Hannah have combined their diverse skill sets to best deliver motivational workshops that are employee focused and bring wider benefits to individuals attending, in addition to the team as a whole.
Hannah Williams attended Cardiff University at both undergraduate and postgraduate level Law. Hannah qualified as a Solicitor in 2008 and worked at local and national Law Firms; Eversheds, Dolmans Solicitors and Geldards LLP. Hannah's background in a high pressured client-focused corporate environment has underlined the need for effective Time Management and Stress control methods, which are useful in all types of workplaces.
With 10 years of Youth and Drama experience in the voluntary sector, Hannah left her legal career to launch her own Theatre School business, winning the South Wales Echo and Park Inn "They're the Business Award" 2011 when her Theatre School and Children's Party Entertainment business was still in its infancy. Hannah manages all aspects of her Theatre School business, primarily directing Musical Theatre productions with large casts and production teams as well as Finance and Events Management for each show. Hannah manages teams of highly trained employees and contractors for shine creative arts, seeing in action that a happy, supported and motivated team are loyal and extremely hardworking. As a self employed start-up Business owner, Hannah particularly appreciates the specialised additional anxieties of freelance workers.
With a background in both Performing Arts and with Legal Advocacy experience, Hannah excels at encouraging confidence in public speaking, performance and presentations. Hannah has been debating and speaking at events for over 15 years. She trained in Speech and Drama with London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts examinations. The ability to present ideas and to communicate effectively is of the highest importance in all workplaces and Hannah believes public speaking is not to be feared! Hannah is passionate about inspiring and encouraging others with an infectious enthusiasm for getting motivated and creative thinking.
